In a certain group of the company, there was a discussion about a Dify contributor @ZeroZ_JQ, who replaced the work of 7 people with AI, leading to the issue of those 7 people being laid off.
I believe that this generation of employers has a responsibility to face the question of how to arrange existing job positions if AI improves efficiency. This is itself a manifestation of the company's values and needs to be clearly communicated to employees and potential employees.
I instructed our POps colleagues to include the following content in all future offers:
