I'm struggling to figure out if I should cut out caffeine or not.
I don't have much, maybe 125mg/day, mostly in black and green tea.
When I take it, I definitely get a boost, but the inevitable lows as well.
My primary goal is net productivity.
Willing to sacrifice a few weeks of low productivity if it means increased over the long run.
But I'm not confident the benefit of better "lows" will outweigh the reduction of higher highs.
Any advice?
