Health is wealth! I managed to decrease my @WHOOP age by approximately 10 months in the last 3 weeks! I made small changes: 1. No more sugar in my tea x2 (i use mint) 2. Started eating blueberries every other day 3. Dark chocolate 70% every other day 4. Increased fibre daily 5. Black seed oil daily instead of occasionally My sleep and recovery hasn't been consistent due to being unwell and also having multiple chronic conditions. But my health scores have improved.
