unfortunately for jd, this is exactly the wrong way to handle modern internet trolls. this isn’t a fight he can win, because the downside is radically asymmetric. he has status, office, & history. they have nothing to lose & infinite incentive to escalate. vivek & jd are now knee deep in it. & once you’re in that swamp, it only gets uglier.

nothing brings ppl together like discussing politics at the dinner table. oh & also middle east conflicts. both are guaranteed to make you feel closer to your loved ones.

if we ever have a museum of ux that drastically changed the trajectory of humanity, this one would be up there for sure. absolutely ridiculous to think about. what else?
