Here's how:
Buy 93% lean beef. In a pound of this beef, you get roughly 90g of protein
Buy instant microwave rice ("Mahatma" garlic & olive oil is delicious by the way)
Buy whatever seasoning you like. Try "Seasonello Bologna aromatic herbal salt" for a versatile spice blend
Instructions:
-Cook meat in stainless steel/cast iron pan til brown
-Drain fat
-Add seasoning
-Microwave rice
-Pour it all in a bowl
-Top with salsa, onions, hot sauce, or other low cal toppings
