If you feel numb in life, read this. just took my longest break since I started working in crypto and I’ve never been more excited to get back to work. 2 weeks off of: -social media, -work, -messaging apps, -caffeine, -and Zyns. Instead I: -worked out like a maniac -meditated -let myself be bored -reflected -studied marketing -slept It sucked at times, but was likely the most productive thing I could have done: Goal was the let my mind heal. By the end of 2025 I was not performing well and was trending in the wrong direction. I was making worse decisions, becoming more emotional, and generally being more negative. This means I was very close to burnout. So instead of risking a crashout, I did 2 weeks of work ahead of time so that I could unplug and take a very serious break. The strategy was to reset my dopamine system (strategic boredom), reflect on who I want to be, and learn how to do that....
