a lot of good stuff in the quote tweets etc and i've far from figured it out but have found in the "what do i read" or "where do i even start?" - find / think about three people historically or other that you're inspired by. the work / thoughts you're inspired by. learn everything about these three people. then, learn who THEY were inspired by. learn everything about THESE people. and one more branch extension. you're basically building your creative signature on the backs of people that naturally align with your skill / eye / direction Social Media - social media removed from phone if you can (im a boomer and keep it on my laptop but even that is probably too much) Writing - write / create something meaningful to you that you want to read / see. and write it in a way that makes sense to you / you would like to read it Activity - master form over weight. be really dialed on form and quality of reps vs quantity garbage. it's minor but 1) shows you can defeat your ego, and 2) will actually lead to results - try to play sports with friends if you can - eat clean. ~1g protein per lb. limit sugar. limit processed food - seek sunlight My morning routines suck i need to be better at this Gratitude try to practice it daily but this is hard because a lot of days you really dont want to

I want to be life maxxing more Feel as though I've developed poor habits recently and not as sharp as I was (reduced attn span, doomscrolling more, not doing as much sports) What are some of the best habits to develop to be your optimal self? I'm talking about things that require minimal financial investment (it is a bear market after all)
underrated i have a playlist of a lot of songs that have positive memories for me (kind of lame ik) memories with friends, family, nostalgia, moments have found this plus a long walk usually cures a lot
