This November definitely didn’t go as planned.
If anything, 2025 was a personal year of growth & development.
As many of you know, I began a health & wellness journey. I’m very proud to announce that — over the last 7 months — I have lost & kept off 45 pounds.
I did this through a calorie deficit, walking 5 miles a day, & reducing sugar from my diet.

When I do something, I go all in: no cheat meals; I haven’t touched bread or pasta; & I completely cut out the one thing I used to get every single day — sugary coffee drinks from Starbucks, McDonald’s, or Wawa/Sheetz.
This health journey has transformed my life, given me more confidence, & it’s even given me the authority to understand that I am capable of achieving anything that I set my mind to do.
To anyone contemplating beginning your wellness journey, do it. Start today. Start right now. You will thank yourself.
It’s not easy. It takes dedication. It takes planning & preparation. But — again — it’s changed my entire outlook of life & how I view myself.
Do I still have cravings? Yes. Am I happier? Yes. Can I still go out to meals with friends & family? Yes.
This year has given me the strength & confidence to prepare for 2026 & I welcome continued positive change into my life.
