$ASML is looking beyond EUV to capture more of the AI chip buildout, including new tools for advanced packaging (bonding/connecting chiplets and stacked chips). ASML is also exploring ways to print larger chips than today’s “postage stamp” limit and using AI to speed machine control software and inspection.
