OKX DEX announcement on Referral Program launch

Dear OKX Wallet users,

OKX DEX will introduce a new fee structure for swap transactions on OKX DEX aggregator, effective August 25, 2025, at 02:00 am UTC.

This service fee will apply only to certain trading pairs, and all fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation. For more details on our new fee structure, please visit OKX DEX service fee.

Concurrently, the OKX DEX Referral Program will be launched. Through this program,

• Inviters: Earn commissions on the trading fees generated by successfully invited users. Commissions are paid when a service fee is incurred on the invitee's trade.

• Invitees: Receive a discount on their trading fee, as set by the inviter, when they link a referral code.
  
  The rollout of OKX DEX Referral Program will proceed in two phases:

1. Beta Phase (starting August 25) : Whitelisted users can generate referral codes. (Required update version to 6.133.1 for iOS or 6.133.0 for Android)

   1. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify, users must have met the following criteria between 5 May to 20 August 2025:

      1. Made more than 5 successful trades on OKX DEX via the app

      2. Traded on at least 10 days on OKX DEX

   2. Application: A public application form will be available, and eligible users will be whitelisted and notified upon approval.

2. Full Release (September-October): Open to all users to create referral codes.
