I'm not a "heritage American"-- more like an "heirloom American."

"Heritage" -- that's the 19th century. I've got "Irish Heritage"-- but my father's side goes back to the 17th century-- how could these two things both be "heritage"? The Heirlooms are older than the "heritage."
