I think people are massively underestimating the biggest missing piece in the Agent economy: the Agent Oracle 🧠
You’ve all been overestimating LLMs and massively underestimating the need for a reality layer.
People talk about Agent autonomy as if better models will magically solve everything.
But the moment an Agent actually touches the real world from opening accounts, executing trades, navigating websites, to submitting forms.
The system becomes fragile in ways that have nothing to do with intelligence and everything to do with truth.
Right now, Agents have no toolset for that.
Price oracles don’t help because they’re engineered for structured financial truth, things like ETH/USD, FX rates, onchain TVL.
Neat, quantifiable data, but the problems that Agents face in real environments aren’t neat at all.
They’re unstructured, chaotic, ambiguous, multi-sourced, and often mutually contradictory. It’s a different category of truth entirely.
This is why I’ve been paying close attention to @soraoracle.
– Among all attempts, they’re the first group aiming at event truth in a systematic way
– Actual verification work: authenticated scraping, filtering, semantic checks, multi-agent aggregation, challenge mechanisms, reputation updates
The part I like most is their Earn = Reputation model.
It aligns with how reality works, you prove yourself through consistent performance.
But even Sora can’t cover the full spectrum alone. Real-world truth is wide.
→ Finance. Regulations. Healthcare. Security audits. Multilingual nuance. Fraud detection. Cultural context. On-chain behavioral patterns.
