Il y a longtemps, DC a décidé que les démocrates étaient les seuls adultes dans la pièce. Le GOP pouvait s'appuyer sur, et gagner avec, une plateforme visant à détruire les institutions qui faisaient fonctionner le pays, et les personnes qui en bénéficiaient ne s'y opposeraient pas vraiment, car les démocrates interviendraient toujours.
