Drawdowns are a terrible feeling. No matter how many years I've played the game, it always feels bad. Decision making gets worse after a string of losses. Best approach is take a break, and reduce your size. Once you start winning again, you can scale size back up. Unfortunately, many of us do the exact opposite. We are sized small when winning, and increase bet size when losing (trying to make it back) Winning leads to more winning. Losing leads to more losing. It is like a basketball player who is either in the flow, or who's shot is slightly off and can't sink a bucket to save their life. I've recovered half of my most recent draw down. Confidence slowly rising, as is my position size. Looking forward to an amazing end of the year.
