Throughout two years of daily art practice I have explored new styles, techniques, and motifs that have evolved into their own series. These patterns have accumulated and formed distinct bodies of work, now highlighted across the final five auctions of The Present. This week I will be revealing one series per day, with their respective 1/1s and editions.

Today’s reveal: Human Strata With this series I aim to illustrate the layered nature of the self and our counterintuitive capacity to exist in multiple states at once. As is common in my work, each piece holds several interpretations, here also touching on the question of free will versus determinism through a temporal offset. The figures imagine the self as a layered stack of diverging possibilities, worldlines compressed into a single silhouette, as if every decision fractures time in a collapsed multiverse and sends another version of the self along a different path.

In this final release, each 1/1 in the auction event represents an entire series. The remaining artworks of the series will be released in the form of bidders editions; winners edition, top 3 bidders edition, and bidders edition.

Winners will receive their 1/1 plus an edition of every piece in the release (15 editions total) Top 3 bidders of each auction will receive their respective Top 3 bidders edition plus one edition of each all bidders editions (6 editions total) All bidders will receive an edition. Limited to each auction, so a collector who placed a bid in one auction will receive an edition in the series of that 1/1 - if they place a bid in two different auctions, they receive 2 different editions and so on… 1 edition per wallet!
