I've seen a lot of founders and CEO's giving scrutiny to their team members for using AI. People need to realize, AI is MEANT to be used, it's not a vanity tool. If AI increases your workforce efficiency while maintaining outcomes and quality, then don't punish it's use. We don't scrutinize accountants for using Excel instead of an abacus. AI is no different. Focus on the outcome, not the methods.
