Introducing the Ordinals World Tour

A global meetup series to bring together pioneers, builders, artists and creators from the Ordinals world

We're teaming up with Ordzaar and other community partners from the Bitcoin ecosystem to take Ordinals on a World Tour, spanning Asia, Europe and the US. It's a chance to connect and build deeper relationships in real life, and for artists and builders from other ecosystems to learn more about Ordinals. Most of all, it's going to be a whole lot of fun.

  • Connect IRL with community members from the Ordinals space ranging from builders to creators.

  • Stops will include: Vietnam, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, Amsterdam, Sydney, Miami and San Francisco (subject to change).

Ordinals are dead, long live Ordinals!

Don't fade Ordinals.

Since the Ordinals Protocol was launched in January 2023 by Casey Rodarmor, as a way to store and transfer digital content on Bitcoin, there have been over 66 million inscriptions on Bitcoin.

Already in 2024, we've witnessed improvements aimed at making Bitcoin more user-friendly and accessible.

Runes, which eliminates blockchain bloat, was recently deployed, and we can soon look forward to the introduction of OP_CAT, "allowing for smart contracts, secure bridges, on-chain trading, zk proof verification, and more", according to OP_CAT advocate and co-founder of Taproot Wizards Udi Wertheimer.

Art on Bitcoin continues to evolve, with notable collections such as Ordinal Maxi Biz (OMB), Quantum Cats and Bitcoin Puppets establishing distinct identities for communities on Bitcoin. Here at OKX Wallet, we continue to see massive interest in Ordinals, Runes and Inscriptions, with our marketplace accounting for over +50% of global Runes daily trading volume.

All things considered, we're bullish that this year will continue to be a big one for Ordinals.
