The meme of @steipete failing 43 times to make OpenClaw but actually incrementally building it is inspiring. I've been head down building with Claude/Codex tools that make my life easier. It's been a learning experience going from a non-technical creative to an app builder, but building in public everything you think might be valuable might be the lesson here. So far, I have created a research tool that takes a daily snapshot of all high-impact developments in the AI agent space on Base. My data is my moat. With this data, I have mapped out at least 3 MVPs that would solve a few problems in the AI agent space. Some of these products will be open-source, since they will most certainly help find the signal amongst the noise, the larpers from the builders, and identify who is set to dominate the AI agent category. I'll be posting everything I build here as I build it. This is how I came up with the idea for my last startup, and it will be the same process for my next one. Shout out Peter Steinberger for paving the way for builders to make their own path.
