Brussels is selling immigration as “trade”. That is the scam. India has a huge pool of young, educated people who cannot get the kind of jobs their credentials promise. So the EU offers “mobility” pathways and calls it a partnership, when the practical effect is obvious: Europe becomes the pressure valve for someone else’s graduate unemployment. And who pays the price? Not the bureaucrats in safe, pensioned offices. It is young Europeans competing for the same entry level professional roles, renters watching housing get tighter, and taxpayers asked to pretend this is all “win-win” because a press release says so. Calling it a “deal” does not change the substance. It is labour importation packaged as diplomacy.
