One of the biggest problem I see in Web3 is that too many projects hire for the wrong reasons, thinking what they need is b to b with kol but what I can tell you is this… You can bring in the big KOLs with the reach and the bankroll, but most of them don’t care about your art, your world, or your legacy. Most will floor your collection the moment they move on. We can fix this by hiring people who are here for the right reason. Hire the ones who’ll jump on a call to hear your full vision, absorb it, and pour fuel on the fire your community has already built. Hire people who have worked with artists over the years for no reason other than love and passion, not expecting anything in return. The best people in this space are the ones who won’t touch a project unless they can see the endgame and genuinely want to help you get there. And if they are truly here for that reason, if they leave they will likely keep your assets as the passion remains but the focus has shifted. A universal rule of life : You can’t force anything in this world. If you force a hire, or force someone to care, they won’t make it. If you have to force someone to care, they won’t. Take a lesson from @Pharrell study him, study his history, after all it was this man who heard @kanyewest through the wire and blew him up instantly, after years of thinking he was just a producer…. why you ask? Because he realised ye was real at that exact moment. HE WAS REAL! This man has poured his passion into a song and given raw emotions to his audience.
