I've watched hundreds of founders building in emerging tech, and one annoying pattern keeps repeating: the OG gatekeepers. They'll tell you that your solution is immature, they know better and you're not smart enough to solve it. They'll get upset at your attempts, and the anger will rise as you gain users. Here's what gatekeepers miss: tech commoditizes and success goes to whoever gets that tech to people best. New founders may start from 0, but their dedication and laser focus on solving the problem builds momentum that accelerates fast. Focus on distribution and you win. Ignore the noise and keep shipping!
