2/ Treasury operations run under a non-custodial setup. Assets remain under DAO control at all times, with execution constrained by onchain permissions via Safe and Zodiac Roles. kpk operates within predefined roles, with no custody over funds.

3/ Capital originates from the conversion of 15M ARB into ~4.9m USDC for multi-manager allocation. kpk began active deployment in October 2025, with ~$1.66m allocated across approved lending strategies. Allocation remained within mandate constraints, including a 60% cap per protocol, with allocations evaluated excluding ARB incentives to prioritise base yield.

4/ As of January–February: • Fluid: ~59.6% (~$995K) • Spark: ~40.4% (~$675K) 22 transactions and 4 manual rebalances executed, alongside continuous automated reallocations within approved parameters.
