Omer’s thread highlights a real gap in DeFi vaults. The problem wasn’t only the exploit. It was that capital kept getting allocated after the exploit because the operating logic was still live. That’s an operating-risk problem. Policies won’t fix a broken downstream protocol. But they can stop vaults from deploying into certain venues, stop new allocations when conditions break, and make those controls visible before users underwrite the risk. The shift is simple: less “trust the curator” --> more “inspect the controls”. @phylaxsystems is building something in this space and we will be around @Blockworks DAS NYC If you are a curator or LP in vaults, we would love to show you!
