In both cases, the only reason any of this is addressed is due to uproar from the community (for Composer 2.0) / customers (for the price hike that is still not shared in public or in a transparent way) Trust is hard to gain, easy to lose and both these decisions do lose trust

In the end, Cursor won massive market share 2024-2025 not really because of comms, but because their product was *so much better* than anything else out there. In functionality, pricing etc. As long as they deliver on this, hiccups like this will be fast forgotten tbh Competition is great, and Cursor is clearly locked in to up the game yet again.
