Given the new 10% tariffs are only for 150 days we're going to have another round of massive time shifts in imports, inventories & other aspects of economic activity. The shifting will also be economically costly, but not as costly as permanent tariffs would have been.
And yes, I know other 301 and other tariffs coming. But still if I was importing from, say, the UK I would assume that will be cheaper 150 days from now. And I would expect the court to strike down another 150 day extension.
