Question time… Had a slap tear in my shoulder for like 9 months now and physio doesn’t seem to be doing much Seriously considering a cycle of peptides to help heal it so i can get back to proper boxing asap Have looked into them a lot, wolverine stack of bpc-157 <> tb500 seems to be the clear choice Anyone got any advice? Or any experience with the above to share? Tips/hints? I’ve never taken any peptide before Thanks in advance
Bit more context, physio does help, but its just short term. Doesn’t feel like it’s *healing* it (slap tears are nasty). More blood flow + training overall helps with everything… But if I take the foot off the gas it just goes back to how it was 1 month consistent physio, feels much better, but still can’t throw many uppercuts or hooks, so can’t train properly still… then if I stop for 1 week, back to square 1 Fully aware that peptides are not magic, they won’t magically fix anything (always research as there are risks involved)… But as a healthy individual who loves to train, just looking to potentially add them into my routine to expedite healing
