people tell startup founders "talk to your customers" all the time, but I want you to understand how hard it actually is to talk to 100 customers 5 business days = 14 calls per day 20 business days = 5 customer calls per day 40 business days = 3 customer calls per day 60 business days = 2 customer calls per day so if you talked to two customers per day, every business day for 3 months that's how long it would take to do 100 customer calls and you would have to get them to agree to these calls and then actually get them to show up do you know how hard this is this is the moat this is why founders win every time
