From a dev whose startup went AI-native the ~last month (aka all code prompted by AI, lots of changes as a result of this, it's nuts): "The weird thing is, if I were to look for a new job, I could NOT go back to a company building software the old way." Huh.
We are of course still early, but easy enough to see the industry split into two parts, and little/no movement between the two: 1. Companies that go all-in on agents from now on 2. Those that hold back and are cautious/police usage (as in want to slow down usage of them)
