Replace "it doesn’t matter" with "I’m okay with it" 4. Replace "do you understand?" with "did I explain it clearly?" 5. Replace "I can’t" with "I can learn" 6. Replace "I don’t know" with "I’ll find out right away" 7. Replace "you can’t" with "try harder" 8. Replace "I’m so annoyed" with "I need to calm down" 9. Replace "how would I know" with "I’m not quite sure about that either" Speaking well can often yield twice the result with half the effort!
