the reason happiness feels lighter than every other emotion is because lighter is closer to nothingness, and the base of consciousness luckily isn’t neutral it’s unbelievably good
or more precisely it’s nothing (undefined valence?) in the limit but up until the limit it gets better or better

I think normal is more like idk 3%. some joy in some part of the body some fraction of the time. Vs a more purified than joy sense across the whole sensory field (often described as a peace+love+joy merge) almost all the time, which is what nearly nothingness feels like
