I stopped paying for Zoom, but had a call with a company that pays for it, so we use it. We record the call. Call ends. There is no recording anywhere: not with me locally, not with them in the cloud. Now their opinion of Zoom: "unreliable." When a tool fails at a main job...

Also now going forward because I learned that Zoom is unreliable when you are not paying for it (it say it will record then doesn’t - no matter if someone else a paying customer on the call) I just ask anyone sending a Zoom link to use my Meet link instead!
