There are only about 50,000 people in Greenland, so this should be straightforward. First, play the Europeans at their own game of invoking human rights, self-determination, etc and get them to concede that it is for Greenlanders to decide. Then pay those Greenlanders whatever is needed. Even at the lowball figure of $10 billion (the Minnesota fraud estimate) each person would get $200,000. Make it genuinely generous, say $5 million per person, and the total comes to $250 billion, enough to see every Greenlander comfortably set for life, yet only a quarter of the Pentagon’s annual budget.
