White men have been systematically excluded from the medical field through DEI. The best doctors at every hospital and clinic, bar none, are either old white men on the verge or retirement, middle-aged white men who got in before DEI, foreign-born, or young white women. This is a coming disaster for the medical field. Massive reparations are necessary. We can NEVER AGAIN exclude the brightest and most innovative minds from practicing medicine.
