Fully agree with this. Decentralization exists along a spectrum with certain pros and cons. The last 10 years we've been experimenting with different points along this tradeoff spectrum, with the market generally trending towards centralization and performance. IMO we're entering an era where that trend might reverse in a meaningful way, and market forces (as opposed to ideological bullying on twitter) reward decentralization. Also - this is a great opportunity to adjust our language to make it more decipherable and highlight what is useful to the rest of the world (counterparty risk vs credible neutrality).
