This is one of the greatest arbitrage's ever.
It turns out state governance & demographics matter!
If you are living in an aging state that has a large deficit like CA & NY your quality of life will slowly degrade while the boomer pension system squeezes your infrastructure budget and your lifestyle thru tax extraction.
If you are living in Texas which has a $24 bln surplus, your infrastructure will get better and more companies will be incentivized to move where they are treated best.
It turns out over long time horizons, you can't compete with capitalism!!
