It's not easy to fully understand how digital markets really work. And yet, not understanding the nature of digital markets - not having the right digital/company strategy - leads to losing/missing out on 100s of billions in value and, in some cases, losing companies entirely.
Conversely, deeply understanding the nature of digital markets is a team/company superpower unlike any other. I wish we saw it more often (at the Board level, CEO, senior team)
