this is literally the first sane move starbucks has made since they turned the entire chain into a sugar dispensary with wifi. if i were running starbucks (god forbid), i’d double down on this & make the stores feel less like a diabetic graveyard, push a whole line of health forward drinks, protein foams, boosted milks, low cal innovations while still keeping the sweet stuff but stop letting it define the brand. you can run a bifurcated menu without losing the plot. the stores & the entire brand desperately needs a fresh redesign that fits more in line with the insta aesthetic imho as well.
