I’m still looking for the US Treasury report on the October budget deficit. Usually released on the 8th business day of the following month. So we are one or two days late. It is meaningful because the September numbers displayed a number of anomalies as @LukeGromen and others have pointed out. Probably accomplished by dumping expenses into October. My bet, the deficit is a whopper. I saw one analysis that suggested that last years deficit was $2.1T not $1.8T.
