If I move to a marginal village, I’ll brag about how much I’m benefiting. Yesterday, I casually attended a gathering where I believe many CEOs from Minato Ward would pay 1 million just to be there. What’s crazy is that I’m going to brag a little. Producers supplying ingredients to Michelin-starred restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs, and aspiring chefs (already hard-to-reserve places) gathered there, picking ingredients on the spot, while the chefs cooked privately, and I, along with my wife and Kintaro, participated without any connection to food, just sitting there enjoying delicious dishes. What I want to say is that being invited to such a special gathering is because I’m probably the only one standing out in a marginal village, and that’s the reason. That’s how much of a blue ocean it is. In the future, I’ll be organizing various events to further boost producers and the food industry to liven up the marginal village. This will undoubtedly become a booster for Japan's regional revitalization business model. I’m convinced of that. I’m thinking of announcing part of the business model soon, so if anyone is interested, I’ll post an open chat link in the replies, so join in. I’ll also talk about what we’re doing in the salon there. P.S. To all the salon members, seriously look forward to it! w Next time in the marginal village, we’ll have some amazing ingredients.
