The first version of Dark Prague @secondculturecz is over. It was great. As with hcpp in the past it's an event that gets me out of my comfort zone and makes me think about some ideas differently and opinions. I also got to catch up with a bunch of people who've become my friends by now and discuss our very different world views. Most people in the Ethereum space would definitely benefit from going to a conference like this and broaden their horizons a bit. As @exiledsurfer put it: we need dissensus to drive innovation. Understanding that we're all working towards a greater goal is a key take away. In a surprisingly relevant and insightful chat between @gavofyork and @lunardragon420 the main point turned out to be that we need a Hacker Renaissance. We should put much more effort into educating people about why this technology is so important and the things it unlocks. Not value extraction and number go up. Definitely worth checking out that talk once it's online.
