Once you find yourself in a great position, your one job is to not fuck it up: - You have a good entry with clear invalidation near HTF support - Upcoming catalysts - Sized big enough to meaningfully impact your net worth - Good narra that has received attention (within meta) - Leader within its category - Price already far from your entry That means: - Don’t try to overtrade or swing your position. - Don’t fully exit just because the uPnL feels uncomfortable and you want to lock in gains. Instead, ask yourself: 1. Has your initial thesis played out? 2. Has anything changed? If not, the move is to hold, TP at catalysts / psychological levels and focus on executing this 1 trade. Some of my biggest mistakes come after hitting a great trade, then increasing my clicking frequency. Case in point: I did this with LAUNCHCOIN on the first run. Hit about an 8X on decent size but then allocated too heavily into eco plays. So in the end I was just breakeven overall instead of up huge.
