far be it from me to complain about the algo, but it's obvious my posts aren't being shown to my 400k+ followers. i've literally never been this impressions dead in my 10+ years on here. and no, i'm not "posting badly" or whatever, i've always posted exactly like this. if you're a big account your posts just don't go out to your followers, for whatever reason. there's literally no point to being a big account on here. obviously i can still get impressions by tweeting about the Current Thing but that just funnels you into normiecore slop posting. i'll note that this is the opposite of @nikitabier's advice - "post about your niche". if you want impressions, you have to deliberately avoid your niche and post about the culture war, politics, ragebait, or normie slop.

and my replies are all bots. whatever they've done to the algo it deprives people that have put years into building their accounts of the reach they actually worked for. i'm not asking for an algorithmic boost, just for my followers to see my posts. but instead they funnel everyone into the for you tab so they can see generic culture war content, snuff videos, political extremism and ragebait.

i'm like the biggest twitter fan on the planet, i have posted on here ~20x a day for more than 10 years, if i am telling you something is up with the algo please believe me
