LAB X Launch

During the event period, go to the corresponding X Launch event page to participate. Eligibility is determined by your Boost volume and Boost balance in OKX Wallet. The exact requirements vary by event and are listed on the event page.

Trading points are converted from your Boost volume on a specific reference day. Each X Launch event page specifies the specific reference date and provides a conversion table to show the relationship between your Boost volume and trading points.

Note that X Launch trading points are only valid for the specific event they’re distributed for, and the conversion rate may differ across different events.

No. Each X Launch event references Boost volume from a specific day before the event starts. Any trades made after the event begins will not be counted towards the current event. You can find the reference day and your corresponding Boost volume on the event page.

Your reward share is based on the proportion of your trading points relative to the total trading points of all participants. Once each X Launch participation period ends, you can view your reward amount on the event page or in the Rewards center.

Rewards aren’t distributed automatically. During the claim period, rewards must be claimed manually on the corresponding X Launch event page. A small network fee is required to claim your rewards. Unclaimed rewards will expire after 14 days and cannot be reissued. The rewards claim period will be announced in the events page.

1.本キャンペーン（以下「キャンペーン」といいます）は、キャンペーンページに記載の第三者主催者（以下「主催者」といいます）によって運営されます。書面による別段の明示的な記載がない限り、OKX Web3ウォレット（「OKX ウォレット」）は、あくまでもアグリゲーターに過ぎず、主催者の運営またはキャンペーンの管理（キャンペーン報酬の管理を含むが、これに限定されません）については、一切の管理権限がありません。OKX ウォレットは、本キャンペーンの内容および運営に関して、いかなる保証、表明または約束もいたしません。

2. 本キャンペーンは、本キャンペーンの Web ページまたは主催者の Web ページに記載された期間、または主催者の完全な裁量により決定された期間（以下「キャンペーン期間」といいます）に実施されます。

3. 報酬は、キャンペーン期間中、または主催者が決定したその他の時期（ユーザーが指定されたタスクを完了した後のキャンペーン期間終了後など）に、ユーザーのウォレットアドレスに配布される場合があります。

4. OKX ウォレットと主催者は、このキャンペーンからユーザーやウォレットアドレスの参加を排除する権利をそれぞれ有します。

5.上記にかかわらず、OKX ウォレットと主催者はそれぞれ、不正または乱用的行為に関与していると合理的に疑われるユーザーまたはウォレットアドレスの資格を取り消す権利を留保します。これには、追加報酬を得る目的で複数のウォレットアドレスを使用する行為や、報酬を得る目的でウォレットアドレスを頻繁に切り替える行為、マネーロンダリングまたはウォッシュトレード、その他違法・詐欺的・有害な行為が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。かかる行為に関与している旨を合理的な理由をもって疑われるユーザーおよび/またはウォレットアドレスは、OKX ウォレットの Web サイトおよび/またはプラットフォーム上で行われる今後のキャンペーンへの参加を禁止される場合があります。

6.本キャンペーンの報酬対象となるのは、主催者が指定するウォレットソフトウェア（キャンペーンページに記載）を使用し、キャンペーン期間中に完了した取引のみです。7. OKX ウォレットを利用して本キャンペーンに参加するユーザーは、OKX Web3 Ecosystem Terms of ServiceおよびOKX Web3 Ecosystem Privacy Policyに従うことに同意したものとみなされます。

8. OKX ウォレットおよび主催者は、本キャンペーンおよび/または本キャンペーン規約を、事前通知なく、いかなる理由であれ、いつでも解釈、修正、保留、キャンセル、または終了する権利を有します。紛争が発生した場合、OKX ウォレットは、これらの規約の最終決定および解釈について独自の裁量権を有します。

9.これらの利用規約に複数言語バージョンがある場合、紛争時には英語バージョンが優先されるものとします。

10.OKX ウォレットは、本キャンペーンまたは本利用規約における技術的、画像上、活字上、編集上、その他の誤りまたは記載漏れについて、一切の責任および義務を明示的に放棄します。

This Campaign is (i) not an offer, recommendation or solicitation of an offer to buy, sell or otherwise deal in any digital asset; and (ii) not intended to provide any advice or recommendation (regardless of investment, trading accounting, legal, tax or otherwise). This Campaign is also not intended for distribution to, or access by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or access would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Persons or entities accessing and/or participating this Campaign are required to inform themselves about and observe such restrictions. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, may become illiquid at any time, and are high-risk. Persons dealing in digital assets may lose the entire value of their assets.

2. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this Campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.

3. Participants of this Campaign are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, costs and expenses (which may include but is not limited to connection, installation, service, gas fees and transaction costs) relating to the receipt and use of any Campaign rewards.
