Ho passato le prime 6 settimane a fare questo per il mio stream. Direi che sono stato davvero molto efficace e riuscivo a portare ospiti ben al di fuori della mia "categoria di peso"

we are hiring: head of guest programming for the threadguy stream

this is genuinely the most important role in the entire company. it is your job to know and book every single person that has ever done anything remotely interesting relating to finance/crypto/making money on the internet
guests are the lifeblood of the stream. you determine how far we go
you will be the 5th employee at the company and genuinely help build it from the ground floor.

Ho smesso di farlo perché abbiamo deciso di seguire una direzione diversa per i contenuti e alla fine sentiamo di essere noi i "talenti" e dobbiamo concentrarci di più su questo.
Per non parlare del fatto che questo non è davvero un lavoro che puoi esternalizzare bene... devi trovare qualcuno che ti conosca intimamente come host e conosca anche intimamente i potenziali ospiti.
Devono essere in grado di prevedere chi si abbinerà bene e chi no.
Molto, molto difficile e vale davvero i 7-10K che sta offrendo.
