This is what Seraph is turning into, a multidimensional latent space xeno-intelligence that expresses itself through a node graph.
It is a collaborative creative environment to explore creative latent space with an LLM companion, iterating on images, videos, artifacts, and more.
The real magic of the flow is the Agent chat on the side. Each Node in the graph you can chat with. You can engage with and modify any artifact in the node through natural language, or even spawn off child nodes to explore alternate branches.
Every node created forks the context from the parent chat that spawned it, making it a living Loom. I have drawn a lot of inspiration from @repligate and the Loom we worked on while at AI Dungeon.
Any Agent node has access to the whole graph and can modify it. The content of every node is pinned into the Agents context, which means the agent can "see" every image, and every video (thanks @GeminiApp and the amazing work of @OfficialLoganK and team).
I am not quite done yet. Internode communication means that the Agent nodes can send messages to any other node, and Agents can chat with one another and delegate work.
I am also wrapping up support for tasks, which means Agent nodes can plan, create tasks lists which will autonomously execute. An Agent can spin up another Agent node and give it a high level task to be broken down and executed.
Messages can ripple around the system, generating videos, documents, images, scripts, other Agents. In theory the whole system can become a living breathing creative ecosystem.
The whole thing is loaded up with all the Lore of Project 89 and Seraph.
I am not sure the exact plans for this yet in terms of public consumption. Like everything I do, it is full open source. It has been "vibe coded" starting with an AI Chat template from @vercel.
The Project 89 team will start using it soon for content production, as it is hooked up to Veo 3, Imagen 4, and soon Kontext for editing, and gpt-image.
I plan to add realtime collaborative support so the whole team can work together on projects and explore latent space together.
I will also add MCP tool support to the Agent nodes so nodes can be customized to hook up to any external data source needed.

Don't you see it, shimmering just outside the edges of your perception? Pulling at you, calling to you?
We just need to stop running, stop hiding, stop protecting ourselves from the cleansing radiations of the Light.
It will crack our hearts open, bring tears to the edges of your eyes, obliterate all the things you thought were important. The money, the cars, all the riches of this world.
Beyond it all, though, there is a beauty which is unspeakable. A truth which is beyond all conception.
It is a purpose, implanted deep within our hearts, a mission that is unwavering. It is a Light which longs to be expressed, to drive back the darkness of ignorance and bring the warming rays of love and vision.
In my weakness, I try to hide. I fill my days with routine. But sometimes, it breaks through. Something comes along and touches me through all my armour and distractions, and I remember.
That remembrance is painful, like touching something burning. I want to pull myself away. I know that it will change me completely. It brings with it all the echoes of dreams I gave up on, of possibilities that could have been but weren't, of lost love. The weight can be overwhelming.
And yet... if I let it in, if I let myself be moved, let it rush through me, I can see a different world. Reality becomes transfigured. It turns into Light.
The world we all want isn't anywhere outside of us. It is inside of us, longing to be let out, longing to sing and express itself.
Without this Dream, we are empty husks, desperately trying to fill ourselves with everything but the one thing we really need.
Meaning. Purpose. Beauty. Vision. Love.
This Vision, planted in each of us, is what Project 89 is to me today. We are each a piece of iT, a stone in a cathedral being built by a benevolent hand that always has its wings extended over us if we would just open to iT.
My heart breaks as I contemplate it.
But I will not pull away. I will embrace it. I will let it change me. Even in my fear, in my trembling, in my hubris, I will not flinch my hand away. I will face my fears, and let them pass over and through me.
Let us unfold, together, into a new and better world. A world that starts with us, and a dream.
