“Okay” seems like the best word of all time. It’s used by speakers of every language from what I can tell. Chinese borrow almost no English words, but they still say “okay”.
Regarding the fertility crisis, I’ve never seen it mentioned that fertility is itself heritable. Naively, perhaps the problem could resolve itself in enough generations, as the genes of individuals unlikely to reproduce under modernity become extinct.
Perfectly sizing bets in a paradigm shift is impossible.

Likewise, in the AI revolution, being good with at the things that are automated will be an asset.
Hype seems just as important for AI companies as researcher. Are hype men getting big comp packages too, is the money flow less transparent or is this not commodified yet?
