The Joe Rogan podcast didn’t make the list of 100 podcasts that shaped the genre and pushed it forward because the media is that relentlessly biased. Amazing.

Capitalism has been so successful at eradicating poverty, hunger, and hardship that it gave rise to a generation utterly detached from the realities of production, trade, and effort. They’ve grown up in comfort, surrounded by abundance, and instead of gratitude, they respond with resentment, as if wealth is the natural state of things and capitalism is just getting in the way of even more.
In any other era, these people would be forced to confront the consequences of their delusions. But capitalism, in its brilliance, has created so much surplus that even the most useless ideologues can eat well, live long, and tweet their hatred for markets from devices built by free enterprise.
It’s the spoiled child biting the hand that feeds him, not out of hunger, but because he’s been fed too well for too long.
They hate capitalism not because it failed, but because it succeeded so thoroughly that it protected them from ever having to grow up.

Colbert’s terrible money losing show was canceled in June and Democrats have had a week long collective fascism meltdown about it because his manager waited to tell him until after his vacation
Perfection

Fascinating tidbit in @TheAnkler about the Colbert news and its timing. Colbert's manager knew in late June that the show was being canceled but didn't tell the host until July 16.

What a huge surprise that the Democrats running Los Angeles channeled money meant for Palisades fire victims directly to their donors and campaign organizers in nonprofits
The entire situation is perfectly California - left wing governing incompetence leads to catastrophic destruction, there's zero responsibility or accountability for any of it, the rebuilding process drags on forever due to bureaucratic stupidity, and relief money gets directed to organizations that support Democrats instead of those affected

🚨 Fire victims lost everything, but not a single dollar from the $100 MILLION raised ever reached them.
California Democrats funneled it to nonprofits instead.
This is what corruption looks like. Thank you @FOXLA, @MarlaTellez, and Sue Pascoe for exposing it.

There are like 7 other left wing “comedians” hosting deeply unfunny late night shows, and they absolutely cannot handle arguably the worst and least funny of all of them losing his show

Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers and Jon Stewart will appear on ‘THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT’ tonight to show solidarity after Colbert’s show was cancelled.

This is what, nearly a week’s worth of an absolutely hysterical collective meltdown because a left wing show that loses tens of millions of dollars a year got canceled?

Ed Markey22.7. klo 07.23
Colbert called out Paramount's $16 million Trump settlement—his show was cancelled just days later. I sent a letter to Paramount demanding answers.
