Overall, it’s a good bill, especially if your primary complaint about CLARITY was the lack of SEC disclosures. The biggest issue with the bill is that it’s missing its” other half:” the CFTC regulations. For that, we have to wait for an Agriculture Committee discussion draft. I do think the clean rubric for digital assets via the ancillary assets section is a better, more workable approach than maturity test of CLARITY. Above all else, this law has to be workable, and simpler and cleaner is a better approach than anything complex. Only the lawyers benefit from complexity ultimately.

One of the coolest projects in tech, bar none is @nudge. Very glad to see @FEhrsam and team focusing on one of the problems that is truly universal in nature: all of us will, over time, have a friend or family member suffer a significant disorder of the brain. This is a step towards healthier and longer life for all.
