Ben uses his free speech to criticize other people's speech and conduct — just like Megyn and Piers do when they criticize Ben. Criticism is not censorship when they do it, and it isn't censorship when he does it.

There's no excuse for pretending that moral judgments ("she's wrong for saying or doing x") amount to some sort of prohibition. Judgments are a contribution to the discussion; they don't forbid anything.
