.@BrianCox_RLTW Thank you for your service and engaging. Proportionality weighs expected civilian harm against direct military advantage anticipated from the attack (DoD Manual 5.12). But we know power grid strikes predictably cause excessive effects. Prolonged blackouts, crippling hospitals, water contamination, & medicine spoiling from lack of refrigeration all lead to widespread deaths. That is compared to the limited military gain from degrading a power plant. Past conflicts show this clear imbalance. Restraint is legally and morally required.
